After a car accident turns her world upside down, filmmaker Jhaynane Bastien sets out across California to find out what healing actually looks like — and what it truly takes to begin again.
Along the way, she meets practitioners, communities, and individuals navigating their own healing journeys.
Through intimate conversations and shared experiences, the series explores grief, resilience, connection, and the many ways people learn to move forward after life takes an unexpected turn.
